Body Beautiful #2--Exfoliating

When I went to get my manicure and pedicure the other day, the women doing my nails, while she was massaging my legs, said my skin felt dry there. I probably don't drink enough water, which would be a cause of dehydration (going to work on that) but I also thought maybe I should start exfoliating. I got some olive oil skin exfoliant, and and using it about every other time I get in the bath. For the next little while, it does seem to make my skin softer there. I am hoping to make this a part of my regular routine.
